Thank you for your interest in St. Anthony Schools. We welcome your family and look forward to years of working with you to shape your child’s future! Listed below are our tuition and resource fees for the coming school year.
Multi-children families use the following calculation: Your oldest child is the first child rate for the school he/she attends and the remaining children are charged the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th child rates for the school they attend based on birth order. With the discounts for multiple children, our mission is to make Catholic education available and affordable for families of all sizes!
True Cost vs. Actual Cost
The un-subsidized true cost of education per Grade School Student is $5,029. However, thanks to the generosity of St. Anthony parishioners and those that donate to the St. Anthony Schools Annual Fund, our Actual Tuition Rates reflects only a portion of the true cost of education. Our Actual Tuition Rates reflect these contributions.
Resource Fees are assessed for each student to cover expenses including textbooks, e-books, technology fees, special materials needed for particular classes or courses, guidance and counseling, photo IDs, retreats, class dues, testing fees, etc.
St. Anthony Schools offer an opportunity for all families to contribute a gift above tuition to help cover the true cost of education. Any amount contributed over tuition is voluntary, considered a tax-deductible investment, and applied to the St. Anthony Schools Annual Fund to support the operating budget of St. Anthony Schools.
The parishioners of St. Anthony Church continue to offer their stewardship of treasure to support the operating budget for St. Anthony Schools. To support this mission, families of other faiths and Catholic families from other parishes are encouraged to make donations to the St. Anthony Schools Annual Fund in order to narrow the difference between the standard tuition charge and the true cost of educating each child.

St. Anthony Church sponsors a SCRIP program which allows families to purchase retail gift cards. The gift cards purchased generate rebates from participating retailers. These rebates can be used as a credit towards the school family’s tuition account. Rebates earned will be split in a 75/25 manner in which 75% of the rebate is retained for St. Anthony Schools as a fundraiser and 25% of the rebate is applied towards the school family’s tuition. Expected tuition rebates range from less than $100 per year to several hundred dollars per year per family based on the level of SCRIP purchasing. To participate, families are required to sign an annual SCRIP Program Agreement. For more information visit our SCRIP page.
Together we invest in your child’s development – spiritually, academically, and physically.
Encouraged by our Pastor, Fr. Chuck Edwards, a Tuition Assistance Program is available for eligible families to ensure that all children are offered an excellent Catholic education regardless of financial ability. The Tuition Assistance Program at St. Anthony Schools includes tuition scholarships. To ensure impartiality and sensitivity to privacy, the schools employ FACTS service to compile applications for assistance and to recommend amounts to be awarded based on demonstrated need. https://online.factsmgt.com.

Invest In Kids Act
In August 2017, Public Act 100-0465 created the Invest In Kids Act (35 ILCS 40/1) which allows income tax credits for taxpayers who make authorized contributions to a Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO). The SGOs, in turn, provide scholarships for eligible Illinois students to attend non-public (private/parochial) schools in Illinois.
The scholarships are available to K-12 students and are based on financial need. With this new legislation, families are able to choose to enroll in a non-public (private/parochial) school with scholarship money available for tuition and necessary fees.
Complete the free application at www.EmpowerIllinois.org to determine whether your family qualifies for tuition assistance through the Invest In Kids Act. The application process opened January 31, 2018. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
